Piergiorgio Piangerelli began his career path when he was just 20, working as a knitting technician where, in close contact with the
weaving machines, he had the opportunity to develop a solid training technique in the field. His creativity and passion for design led him then to collaborate as a freelancer with some of the most prestigious Italian brands – knitwear sector – and with yarn companies.
Strong of his experience as a consultant, he co-founded the knitwear brand women’s AVIU, for which he currently serves as creative director.
