The uncertain geopolitical and economic outlook has not slowed down the commitment of the spinning mills to invest not only in innovation, but also to maintain their market positions.

The still warm days of September do not make us think that next winter is approaching. But the spinning mills have already worked on new proposals that foreshadow light, soft and delicate sweaters, soft and comfortably warm. The new sweaters will have large and enveloping shapes, soft handles and sensual transparencies, they will make us feel protected but “weightless”. The finest wools develop soft flannel surfaces…

FILPUCCI Flannel — FILPUCCI – Art. Flannel – Nm. 14000 – 64% WO, 35% PA, 1% Elastan

…and mix wool and cotton for a velvety look…

… and also Merino Extrafine approved by the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) and Organic Cotton, a blend increasingly used to guarantee a 100% natural composition and inter-seasonal uses that adapt to sudden climate changes.

But they find interesting variations in the blends with Baby Alpaca in bulky irregular bouclé

or in bulky rowing bouclé, which alternate empty and full effects in warm blends with Superkid mohair

Wavy, curled, and creased effects add relief to precious and durable knits. A compact, dense and light bouclé chooses one of the best qualities of Baby Suri Alpaca and teams up with recycled nylon.

ACCADEMIA Andino — ACCADEMIA – Art. Andino – Nm. 5 - 75% Baby Suri Alpaca, 25% GRS Recycled PA

The bouclé thickens at an irregular pace, highlighting the three-dimensionality of the surface and the comfort of the merino wool.

CASA DEL FILATO Soft — CASA DEL FILATO – Art. Soft – Nm. 2800 – 85% WV, 14% PA, 1% EA

Wavy, close-knit, crepe fabrics pleasantly solicit a crinkled feel, for functional and durable sweaters in unshrinkable wool and recycled nylon.

PECCI Curly — PECCI FILATI – Art. Curly – Nm. 8500 – 85% Unschrinkable Extrafine Merino WO, 15% Nylon GRS (10% rec)

In search of ecological materials, Alpaca Baby is mixed with fine wool and recycled nylon, exaggerating the lightness, softness and warming power with the brushing.
